Acceptance of Terms

Visiting or using PALACEFAMILY services forms a binding agreement and includes any additional terms we present for specific promotions, fittings, or products.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or a minor with verified guardian consent, and able to enter a binding contract.

Account registration

Provide accurate and complete information and keep login credentials confidential; we are not responsible for unauthorized access caused by user negligence.

• You are responsible for activity under your account unless applicable law says otherwise.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose fraud or safety risks, or remain inactive for extended periods.

Orders, pricing, and payments

Orders are offers to buy and are accepted when we confirm. We may correct pricing errors and decline or cancel orders for fraud, payment issues, or legal reasons.

• Prices, taxes, duties, shipping fees, and currency appear at checkout; customers are responsible for applicable taxes or import charges unless we state otherwise.
• Payment must be completed through approved gateways such as PayPal, Stripe, WeChat Pay, or Alipay.
• We may perform authorization holds, anti-fraud checks, or verification to protect you and PALACEFAMILY.

Shipping, customs, and duties

Shipping times vary by region; customs or external delays may occur beyond our control.

• International customers are responsible for duties or taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Risk of loss transfers upon delivery; please provide accurate addresses and accept delivery promptly.

Returns, refunds, and warranty

Policies follow local law and product details.

• We honor the seven-day no-reason return where legally applicable (for example, China’s seven-day policy for eligible goods).
• Counterfeit concerns: we provide anti-counterfeit verification services.
• Lifetime maintenance applies to PALACEFAMILY eyewear as described in product documentation.

Intellectual property

All trademarks, text, images, brand descriptions, bespoke designs, and the PALACEFAMILY logo and cultural materials are protected.

• Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.
• Brand content may derive from PALACEFAMILY cultural materials and logo designs; respect all associated rights.

Prohibited conduct

Use the website lawfully and do not misuse PALACEFAMILY resources.

• Do not violate any U.S. or Chinese law.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, or engage in fraudulent schemes.
• Do not misrepresent the PALACEFAMILY brand or products.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Product descriptions aim for accuracy but may vary slightly due to craftsmanship or display differences.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed under U.S. and Chinese law, PALACEFAMILY limits liability.

• Not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business.
• Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the disputed order.
• These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

Compliance with laws (USA & China)

You agree to comply with applicable laws.

• U.S. consumer protection and e-commerce laws.
• China's PIPL, Cybersecurity Law, and E-commerce Law.
• Export control and sanctions rules when applicable.

Governing law and dispute resolution

If issues cannot be resolved with concierge@palacefamily.com, the following applies to the extent permitted by law:

• If you are in the United States: governed by the law of the U.S. state where PALACEFAMILY maintains its U.S. entity (or Delaware by default); disputes resolved by binding arbitration unless state law prohibits.
• If you are in China: governed by PRC laws; disputes handled by negotiation followed by litigation or arbitration in the jurisdiction where the company is registered, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, fraud risks, or legal requirements.

Updates to these Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time; continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
