How PALACEFAMILY frames are made and maintained.
This page explains PALACEFAMILY materials, titanium finishing, inspection standards, and the ongoing care philosophy behind the house.

CRAFT ATELIER
Ceremonies of metal, gold and lacquer
Inside the Palace atelier, artisans perform a three-act ritual to awaken each frame.
From Suzhou's titanium furnaces to the Beijing gilding loft, each piece passes through hands sworn to guard imperial techniques.
Every measurement, polish and engraving is logged in the House ledger, binding modern guests to a dynasty of quiet ceremony.

ACT I
Forging skeletal lightness
Aerospace titanium rods are softened, hammered and water-quenched until they hum at the correct pitch.
“We listen for the moment the metal stops resisting and begins to sing.”
— Master forger · Suzhou

ACT II
Gilding under palace light
24K leaf is floated over lacquer, warmed by breath and sealed with incense smoke.
“Gold only settles when the room falls silent.”
— Gilding matriarch · Beijing

ACT III
Ritual sealing & inspection
Frames are engraved, tied with silk cords and documented with NFC signatures before a final light-water cleansing.
“A frame leaves only when it remembers its ceremony.”
— House registrar · Shanghai
Final polish
Each serial is wax sealed, archived and accompanied by a concierge note inviting the guest to complete the ritual in person.
